After some film workshops in Cuba and New York, he began a young company called Blueberry Films. Since then he's produced, directed and photographed several projects, among music videos, TV- commercials, documentaries and short films. <br /> <br />"Cochochi" is his first feature film, in which he shares script, photography, production and direction credits with his wife Laura Amelia. "Cochochi" had its world premiere in the Venice Film Festival Official Selection (Orizzonti Section). It won the Discovery Award at the Toronto Film Festival, the Grand Jury Award at the Miami and Toulouse Film Festivals and Fipresci Awards at Gijón and Toulouse Film Festivals.
